Cancelation Policy

**The Spa Force LLC –Cancellation Policy**

At The Spa Force LLC, your time and well-being are important to us. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service in a calm, relaxing environment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients and respect the time of our team, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations

We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least **24 hours' notice**.

 **Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice** will not incur any charge. 

**Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice** may be subject to a **50% cancellation fee** of the scheduled service. 

**No-shows** or same-day cancellations will be charged **50% of the service cost**.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your service may be shortened or rescheduled out of consideration for the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.

* Using our online booking system, if applicable
